Executive Business Partner at Lenox West Capital, Vanessa partners directly with the firm’s co-founders to advance strategic priorities through board governance, executive communications, organizational initiatives, and cross-functional leadership. She brings more than 25 years of executive partnership experience within private equity, real estate investment, management consulting, and family office environments.
Prior to joining Lenox West Capital in 2025, Vanessa was Executive Assistant to the CEO & Founder of Main Street Advisors, where she managed executive and family office operations, board coordination, and complex domestic and international travel. Earlier in her career, she held executive support positions with Mosaic Real Estate Investors, The Gores Group, and McKinsey & Company.
