Investment Strategy

Lenox West Capital targets middle-market multifamily and alternative housing investments located in high-growth secondary and selective tertiary Southeast and Texas markets, positioned in-or-near innovation, industrial and logistics hubs.

LWC believes the emergence of the “Logistics Golden Triangle” will be a key driver of housing expansion, as the region generates over 50% of US GDP and provides the logistics infrastructure to efficiently move goods to more than 70% of the U.S. population.

  • LWC leverages over 60 years of housing legacy from the George Krupp Family Office (GKFO) – a 3rd-generation real estate family and co-founder of Berkshire Residential Investments (a CRE investment manager with ~$32B AUM in equity and debt strategies).

  • Sourcing residential investments in emerging institutional asset classes like Build-to-Rent (BTR) / SFR Rental, paired with traditional multifamily investments.

  • As tech decentralizes and US manufacturing shifts onshore, new economic hubs have emerged. This, coupled with the persistent affordability crisis, drives talent and labor to cost-effective, job-rich secondary and tertiary markets in the Southeast and Texas.

  • LWC invests across the equity capital stack, serving as either a programmatic co-investment General Partner (Co-GP) and/or a Limited Partner (LP). This approach enables more efficient capital deployment, enhances scalability, and delivers stronger risk-adjusted returns compared to traditional LP-only investments.
