Senior Associate of Lenox West Capital. Ronell is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, structuring, and executing portfolio investments. Prior to his role at Lenox West Capital, Ronell held a position at Cottonwood Group – a vertically integrated private equity real estate firm based in Los Angeles where he executed nearly $250M in transactions, focusing primarily on multifamily, student housing, and special situations.
Previously, Ronell worked for Imperial Capital, a boutique investment bank based in Los Angeles focused on Consumer and Security verticals, and collectively advised on M&A transactions with enterprise values in excess of $2 billion; he also worked at The Walt Disney Company in International Treasury, focusing on Forex, cash management, and park financings.
Ronell graduated magna cum laude with a B.S. in Business Administration from USC’s Marshall School of Business.
