Michael Krupp

Co-Founder

Co-Founder of Lenox West Capital and the Managing Director of the George Krupp Family Office. During his more than 25 years in the industry, Michael has worked in nearly every aspect of commercial multi-family real estate, including portfolio management, property operations, and acquisitions for the Berkshire Group; mortgage underwriting for Berkshire Mortgage Finance; and commercial property appraisals for Metropolitan Valuation Services.

Michael is the founder and owner of Area Four Restaurant Group, and he serves on the boards of Berkshire Residential Investments, The Krupp Family Foundation, and The New Roads School of Santa Monica. Michael is also a member of ULI, NMHC, PREA, and FOX. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Boston University.
