Mark Masterson
Vice President of Capital Markets, Investor Relations
Vice President of Capital Markets & Investor Relations for Lenox West Capital. Mark leads Capital Markets & Investor Relations at Lenox West Capital, where he is responsible for capital markets and investor relations across the firm’s housing-focused investment platform. He brings over a decade of experience in real estate private equity, structured finance, and fundraising, with a focus on multifamily, Build-to-Rent, and SFR rental strategies.
Prior to joining Lenox West, Mark served as Senior Vice President at Foundation Specialty Finance, where he led capital raising, investor onboarding, and deal structuring for multiple investment funds. He previously headed real estate and alternative investments at Sutter Post Advisors, where he strategized and executed capital raises on behalf of sponsors raising capital for direct investments, funds, credit vehicles, and corporate investments. Mark began his career in real estate investment roles at RealtyShares, 643 Capital Management, and Ipreo, and has been instrumental in raising and deploying capital across a wide range of investment structures including joint venture equity, preferred equity, and senior debt.
He holds a B.A. from Bucknell University, where he captained the Division I men’s water polo team and was a two-time recipient of the university’s top leadership awards while earning Division I All-America honors.
