Isidro Garcia

Vice President of Investments

Vice President of Investments for Lenox West Capital. Isidro has 10 years of transactional experience working with private equity investment and development funds in the most important real estate investment markets in North America.

Prior to joining Lenox West Capital in 2022, he helped launch the real estate division of Mota-Engil Latin America, where he structured a large public-private partnership and several joint venture partnerships for the development of a master-planned club and resort on Mexico’s Pacific Coast. Previously, Isidro was part of the transactions team at Prudential Real Estate (PGIM), where he evaluated investment opportunities in the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, and Midwest regions, underwriting $5.7 billion in acquisitions and development deals across a broad range of asset classes.

Isidro has a B.S. in Art and Design from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Additionally, he is a joint degree graduate from Yale University with a Master of Architecture from the Yale School of Architecture and an MBA from the Yale School of Management.
